Successful service depends on the accuracy of the information we receive from the plaintiff or attorney.  Any information related to the Defendant, including place of employment, place of banking, relatives, and phone numbers can be helpful in ensuring personal service.
 
The Plaintiff or Plaintiff’s attorney will be invoiced upon the completion of service, however, pre-payment is often required.  

 

Service fees are based on the type of document to be served, and mileage is calculated based on round-trip mileage from the issuing Court to the place of service.

 

Final service fees may also include any of the following:

• Postal Verification

• Incorrect Address

• Required Mailings

• Affidavits

• Requested or Required GPS Verification

• Other agreed upon fees for Rush/Expedited service
